What should I do if I need assistance?
Simply call our hotline, provide your location, and describe your issue. Our team will dispatch help immediately to assist you. Most services are completed efficiently, and you will be back on the road in under 60 minutes in most cases.
Are your services available 24/7?
Yes, we offer 24/7 roadside assistance to ensure that help is always available when you need it, regardless of the time or day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including Master card, Visa, Discover, Amex, Zelle, we also accept Apple pay, Samsung pay and google pay. We do accept checks for certain services; however, we do add on a $10 Check service fee. You can also save on fee’s by paying cash.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
Depends, Factors such as the distance we travel to your breakdown, time of day, as well as the type of service determines if we will charge a cancellation fee. Please ask the call taker how to avoid the cancellation fee, should you need to cancel.
What experience does the Express Roadside Solutions team have?
Our team has years of experience. Each employee receives training on how to complete their daily task as well as complete anything abnormal. Our service techs also receive semiannual training courses. Dispatchers do a periodic ride along with our operators.
Can I buy a battery today?
Our battery unit operates 7 days a week from 9am- 8pm. We do recommend scheduling an appointment, however in most cases we can make a spot available.

Yes, we offer many types of discounts. Certain discounts such as student discounts do require proof. We also offer commercial accounts with pre-established discounts. Some other discounts are First responders, ride share and delivery drivers, as well as teachers and medical professionals
